For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Bridging Insight Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

2. What information we collect

At this stage — while Ukoru is in pre-launch — the only personal information we collect is through our waiting list sign-up form:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Number of employees (including contractors)

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any information beyond what you provide in the form.

3. How we use your information

We use your name and email to:

• Send you occasional updates about Ukoru's development and progress
• Let you know when Ukoru launches or becomes available to try
• Respond to any questions or messages you send us

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, our interest in keeping people who have expressed interest in Ukoru informed about its progress, balanced against your right to privacy. You can withdraw from this at any time by unsubscribing.

4. Who we share your information with

We use HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited) to manage our waiting list and send email updates. Your name and email are stored in HubSpot on our behalf. HubSpot acts as a data processor and is contractually required to protect your data in line with GDPR.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. How long we keep your information

We will keep your information on our waiting list for as long as Ukoru is in development and for a reasonable period after launch. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly — typically within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your information (the "right to be forgotten")
• Object to how we use your information
• Portability — receive a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format

This website uses HubSpot's tracking script to collect anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and how people arrive. HubSpot may set cookies on your device for this purpose.

When you first visit the site, you will be shown a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies are only set if you opt in. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any other third-party tracking beyond HubSpot analytics.

As Ukoru grows from a waiting list into a full product, we will update this policy to reflect how we handle product data. We'll notify waiting list members of any significant changes by email.
